Return & Exchange Eligibility

- Condition: The item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for returns and exchanges.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we’ve received your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we will process the exchange once we’ve received the original item. You will be responsible for any price differences, and additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
